Student discipline being one of the major cornerstones of BPS philosophy, it is imperative that this subject receives the proper attention and time it deserves. With this in mind, it has been decided to constitute, an Anti Ragging Committee, at the college campus complying with AICTE, PCI & UGC norms.  This committee under the direction of the Head of the Institution, comprises the department heads and senior faculty members, regularly meet and chalk out plans for ensuring a congenial, stress-free and friendly environment for the student to develop, mature and flourish in their individual lives as well as their careers.

• The College shall constitute an “Anti-Ragging Committee” in the Chairmanship of the Director of the college at the beginning of every academic year.
• It shall comprise of faculty members, students from the fresher’s category as well as seniors and selected non-teaching staff as nominated by the Managing Director.
• This Committee shall be fully responsible to ensure that no incidence of ragging as defined in regulations takes place and will also monitor and ensure that the instructions of these regulations are followed fully at all points of time.
• The Committee will also maintain alert vigil at all times and ensure that the Anti-Ragging Squads/Anti- Ragging Helpline of the University carry out their functions properly and efficiently.
• The Anti-Ragging Committee will be responsible and function under the overall direction of the Managing Director.
